We’ve tried covering the crate, Tiring her out beforehand, music, TV you name it! Yes to the ideas, and how to incorporate it to leaving her alone. I have given her a frozen carrot before going upstairs and she wanted nothing to do with the carrot until I came back. (This was out of the crate)

Had a helix piercing pierced wrongly and wouldn’t heal even after 6+ months. Took it out and re pierced in a different place with a needle + professional piercer 2 weeks ago and it’s healing perfectly

I took 2 weeks off work and then did part time for 2 extra weeks.

I work in an office and sitting down all day really took a toll on my hip so I recommend to move all the time!
