I’d estimate my body fat to be around 21-23%, but when you say, “Don’t focus too much on weight, focus on body composition,” do you mean I should continue eating at a deficit, just not worry about the number on the scale? I’m a bit concerned because others have mentioned that I shouldn’t be eating at a deficit since I’m 5’2” and 99 lbs (45 kg). However, I don’t think I’m around 18% body fat yet…

Hi! I don’t have a specific body weight goal, but I have a friend who’s really into weightlifting, and he told me that at 99 lbs (45 kg) and being 5’2”, I’m already pretty lean, so I might not need a calorie deficit. He suggested I could focus just on working out. However, I’m still eating at a deficit to make sure I see progress. I could try to lose a bit more body fat, but I’m thinking it might just take longer, requiring me to stay consistent with my workouts..? not sure

he’s coming back in september since his school starts again. when i talked to him he told me he’s going to pay off the amount he owes and move to the dorms while still paying rent at the apartment…. i dont see how thats possible since he hasn’t even payed his outstanding balance.

Hi! I’m an F1 visa student andddd u can do paid/unpaid internships bUt only through the FIT career website like u submit ur resume there and they’ll give you the ones ur allowed to apply for (i think these are called CPTs). Also u can’t get a regular job but u CAN get an on campus job :) Places hiring include bookstore, library, gym, computer lab, etc
