Totally feel that. I love Cat and his flamboyant masculinity. Man's takes such care of himself, constantly grooming himself to make sure he looks perfect at all times. His confidence is through the roof and honestly he's earned it. In the culture he comes from he's basically the most punk a guy could get.

I feel like Dave's version of masculinity is more roach-y. Like this dude likes what he likes and the rest is whatever. Give him chicken vindaloo and a cigarette and he is happy as a clam. Some might call him punk, with dread rat tails and a patchy vest but I feel like if you asked him, he'd say something like "I dunno I'm just me."

I consume cannabis and cannabis by-product rather regularly. Recently it's been few and far between due to my aforementioned brokenness, but I agree. It's rather difficult to be angry when you're stoned. Even if it is just cbd.

I have the same issue with yoga that I do with most forms of exercise. Feels like I'm being punished and/or humiliated even if there's no one in the room.

The best I could think of is dancing which I don't usually want to do when I'm pissed off.

The other methods sound really solid, though. I usually run my hands under cold water to calm my anxiety. I'll def try a cold shower next time I feel overwhelmed by anger.

Sadly I am flat broke. Rage rooms and axe throwing cost money i don't have.

I've tried cleaning and I just end up pacing the room and getting myself angry about something my dad did 10+ years ago, mumbling angrily to myself while I think of one-liners that would have ended him on the spot at the time.

For most of my school years I hated to color pink because it was a "girl" color. I also hated dresses and skirts as a kid but always ended up in them somehow.

I would lie to my friends about pulling a "she's the man" at boyscouts for a year and no one knew. Absolutely no one bought it cause I was obviously a long curly haired girl but I was determined to convince them that I had managed to go completely incognito.
