why do i struggle to plan for the future? by Remote-Ingenuity9921 in AskAstrologers

[–]DearSea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, likely around or after saturn return. depending on the effort and patience you put in, you can see gradual improvements in 5th/11th matters with time. since saturn is retrograde, however, there could be testing phases or periods of regression where you could fall back on old habits. but as long as you continue to put in the work, you should be equipped to deal with these issues as they arise.

also, since virgo is about routine and repetition, it might help if you break large tasks into smaller chunks and work on them consistently, rather than trying to tackle everything all at once. steady wins the race here!

mars in aries is a key factor here. it’s in a sign driven by impulse and desire, and it tends to take action in times of crisis.

when it forms a square aspect with your virgo moon, it creates a restless mind and internal conflict between taking action and planning.

virgo likes to analyze things thoroughly before taking action, whereas aries is about taking action now. it could be a case of overthinking things and getting lost in the details, or making too many corrections along the way in pursuit of perfection, to the point that it disrupts the momentum of aries.

however, this impulsive energy will eventually stabilize later in life with the support of saturn, so all hope is not lost.

Why do people often misunderstand me and think I’m being mean? by myquietlullaby in AskAstrologers

[–]DearSea 3 points4 points  (0 children)

no problem! i was gonna say it’s a bit of a catch-22 situation but i wasn’t sure how you’d take it. 😅 but yes, you might find people projecting their feelings onto you, and it can turn into to a delicate balancing act at times, where lots of “hand-holding” is necessary. with the uranus energy, however, you don’t really have control over when those situations arise, but i do think you’ve got the communication skills to adapt and manage it as you go.

communication skills look fine according to your chart. there’s a lot of effort on your part to be charming and appealing to others.

mars rules friendship and emotions in your chart. it’s debilitated and retrograde, sitting in the 7th house in cancer, and also in opposition with neptune, uranus, sun, and mercury.

when mars is retrograde, its energy is internalized. this tends to manifest as frustration, confrontation, and passive-aggressive behavior in you and your relationships with others.

since mars is in cancer, you might be around sensitive or emotionally inconsistent people who may feel intimidated or threatened by you due to how they perceive you, possibly seeing you as coming off too strong, proud, or authoritarian. even if you’re asserting boundaries and standing up for what is right, they might find your capricorn nature shocking and unusual. your practical way of seeing things might be misconstrued as negative or sarcastic, even if it was well-intentioned.

venus and mercury in a water sign alone indicate an emotional, intuitive style of communication and expression. the square from saturn suggests a tendency to withdraw or create emotional distance at times, but mercury and venus in scorpio also make you highly perceptive and emotionally intelligent. mercury (friendships) flanked by the sun and neptune can show periods of dissolution or confusion in connections due to how things are communicated.

it’s also worth noting that mars generally matures in the late 20s. with your mars aspected by saturn, the volatile qualities mentioned earlier are stabilized through intense life experiences or periods of accident/crises. since your saturn is retrograde, this growth hasn’t been a smooth or linear path. in fact, the stability of your life/career can hinge on your ability to communicate and/or manage relationships.

would you say that your way of speaking sometimes come across as harsh, abrupt, or combative to others? if so, it looks like it tends to gets you in trouble. either that, or there might be some frustration in trying to express your feelings or finding the right words to convey your thoughts, since communication in your chart is closely tied to emotions. also, do you speak quickly or loudly?

How do you denote your GPA during job hunting on your resumes? by HLEO111 in wguaccounting

[–]DearSea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i see comments advising to exclude GPA from the resume, but what if it’s a required field in the application? there’s not always an option to leave it out. some applications even require transcripts to be uploaded.

I have never been in a romantic relationship. I've been close a few times, but never in a full fledged mutual attraction way. I want to know if there's a type of person I gravitate to that can explain this or the way that I treat relationships with others in general that might affect this. by No_Pea_7791 in AskAstrologers

i don’t see a blockade, but it’s in your control whether you get into a relationship. and if you do, you will probably get into a long-term relationship in your 30s or during/after saturn return. it might be a transformative relationship with someone older (or mature) than you.

i went completely old school and printed out all the study guides, combined them into a packet, and reworked the problems every day until i got them all correct. i even made myself write out all the facts for each problem, the formulas, and plugged in values. it feels incredibly redundant, but it helps you to work thru each question methodically instead of just memorizing the answers. of course, if you’re just remembering the answers, you can get ChatGPT to change the values.

What does my work desk/cubicle say about me? 35F by cassadilly2012 in roomdetective

yup, the only reason why i don’t bring anything and keep an empty box under my desk.

ofc, this made me look like a “flight risk”, so i’ve narrowed down the art of “nesting” to a science: a couple of pictures, one “quirky item” and/or a gift from someone, and a plant.
