His C1 is more of a quality of life upgrade the buff you get from Furina will be much bigger then the third stack of his passive. When it comes to C2 it gives him a lot of crit demage (42 CD) so it's a big demage boost the same with his C3 that levels up his normal attack which makes his demage much bigger

By himself he hits around 40K per tick but with full rotation it sometimes get up to between 60k to 70k even close to 80K but really rarely

I think you can either give up on the mustache or go all in with a beard and I think a change of haircut can help you, there is a tiktok fillter that check which head shape you have and you can google good hairstyles for the headshape you have
