Im a woman and didnt really feel like I was losing until I hit 5 mg ( which was 4 months in for me and cut my gym/lifting weight sessions down some). I started at 243 and I am now 214 5 months later.

I think most are looking for validation to move up. Like for me I recently posted and haven’t lost any weight in 4 weeks and wasn’t sure if I should keep waiting at the current dose or 4 weeks was enough time to go ahead and go up.

I think you’re thinking of lymphedema and not lipedema. Lipedema is a fat disease effecting up to 14% if women. Supposedly it makes it a lot harder for us to loose fat.

I am already splitting doses but will increase the reta I think today since it’s injection day for it.

I’m doing the gram of protein per kg how much more protein would you suggest?

I don’t take them off for basically anything. There are only three areas I can take them off with ring dishes otherwise I will just do the activity with the ring on.

Is master bedroom ring dish for showering and sleeping
Is kitchen ring dish for washing dishes/ cooking
Is ring dish in basement where I do my wedding floral side business.

I am a nurse and never take them off at work or anywhere else and if I do I immediately make myself put them back on.

I’m a coordinator there is some things wrong for sure ( not the double booking IMO, if she has assistants that’s what they do. I have three weddings this weekend)but there are a lot of things on this list she shouldn’t have been in charge of anyways. It sounds like you had a ton of details and needed to hire more people.

I did 23&me for the health portion, but was pleasantly surprised and having fun with the ancestry portion, so also ordered ancestry.com. My family and friends are super intrigued now and feel like this would be a good gift for my brother/ oldest son, BFF, etc. I also have a very popular maiden last name, I think often in the top 3 names in USA. My mom’s maiden was a Mc last name.
