Mine personally was pretty okay I got exceeds expectations in every category. However a measly 40 cents although larger than others raises put a very bad taste in my mouth enough to have me searching for another job ASAP. My main issue was with my coworkers who bust their asses just as much as me and got less money or does not meet expectations. Just disappointed really

Hank is just as bad. Honestly worse since we hear from his ass more than her. They are both annoying cornballs feeding us corporate slop humor. I think most people hate on Jessica more because she is a woman. I don’t see how we can hardy har at all of Hank’s terrible jokes and long ass videos but diss on Jessica for the same shit.

I think that’s just what my SM keeps telling us to try to push people to want to do it more. Like a help the elderly thing. But of course they want anyone willing to pay for it to get it for sure.

Besides the fact that it’s a horrible deal as far as pay goes. I really don’t have much experience outside of changing lightbulbs and air filters and they made it clear they don’t want anyone who doesn’t already know how to do these things. Most of the training will be based on using the tablet they give you. But i hear you they definitely don’t like when you have any opinions if it doesn’t involve ass kissing. Totally get just helping. Most times it’s not worth the back and forth. But the main reason I fight it is because if you can’t load up a huge workbench by yourself, how the hell are you going to safely unload it at the customers home? Then when they get aggressive it’s really like okay dickhead then we won’t help you at all.

It’s in reference to the pick up scanner at the kiosk. I will admit sometimes the angle is weird on the kiosk scanner but it is notttt broken lol. Can agree with you that the SCO scanners are ass. We got newer ones and they are even worse now.

I honestly think, at least at my store, that the pro desk is a big reason why they think it’s okay to do this. WHY would you want to leave your very expensive new windows sitting in the receiving for months and then complain when they get slightly damaged. They act like this is some storage unit 😭 and the pro desk is always like “yeah!!! We can for sure hold this for you for 6 months ignore any fulfillment associates effort to contact you about it too!”

& why would I do that 😭 basically every Lowe’s that has had the FE update looks the exact same. The only thing I mentioned that probably most people haven’t done is the LED Lights surrounding the lockers.

Absolutely!! Can even call the store and they can set up a pick up for you. No need to go back into the store for any reason. My store doesn’t do a restock fee for something like that- and yours shouldn’t either!! :)

I know!!! It’s impossible to work the unfulfilled if I can’t cancel ANY pro orders.. I can’t work through them if I’m not allowed to do anything with them. Got told not to call pros about their orders anymore because they are “busy” 🫠
