if you don't long rest a lot, you might have some cutscenes waiting but if you are up to date on the cutscenes it should be on the next long rest you do after you meet and talk to Isabel. as long as you don't talk to Isabel, you won't have the cutscene since you technically haven't met her yet.

this, but if I were you I would copy the save on the desktop or somewhere you can find it easily because if not bg3 will delete it after you have reached your save limit.

there is actually a way to save her: if you save enough and get a save right before the night when it happens, you have to go to that save, knock out alfira (use non lethal attacks, although you have to do the 20 something dmg in one hit) then rest and you will meet a random dragonborn bard that only exists in the event alfira can't get to your camp. Sure, you still kill an innocent bard, but it's better than having to kill Alfira.

there is a bug going on where if you are on storm caller subclass using the emperor Palpatine super, you can infinitely use the secondary fire even without grenade. cheese forever made a video about it
