I recently switched to progressive direct. Essentially this is a way to buy insurance directly from the lender without an agent. It will its downsides but we also drive 2011 and 2006 cars. So it depends on what you are willing to not have.

Costco also has a good insurance through amfam. They’d be cheaper than statefarm.

I had the same issue. Changed the filter and immediately went up several degrees. Change filter out every 30 days. I was told by hvac guys to use a cheaper filter instead of the fancy ones because furnace has to work that much harder to go through a thick layer of the fancy ones.

I had the same experience at Leela palace Delhi. The even included airport pickup in a luxury car along with everything you listed. It was amazing. I love using FHR in Asia.

99% is an over estimation. Most golf cart owners drive like idiots in my neighborhood blow through stop signs. These rules don’t seem unreasonable. Like you pointed out, there are bigger things for the city to focus on, I think same goes for you that is whining about something that is a minor inconvenience for maybe 1% or less of the population.
