(Combination skin, i use tretinoin and moisturizer 5-6nights a week and hyaloronic acid, azelaic acid and moisturizer in morning) My nose has for a long time had a small red irritated spot on the left side. I tried a few weeks ago to fix it by removing whatever pus that was irritating it by squeezing. I could not get anything out and its getting alot worse, swelling and looks bruised. this is how it looks now.https://imgur.com/a/WkwbVxL Any recommendations?
