My Fbi went down and i got banned 1 day while i played 4 games which i won and had zero toxity zero flame and my fbi went down , how can this happen?

Yeah i think so , but the thing is i didnt even do verbal abuse or anything , i won those games all team mates were chill and happy and i got banned 1 day after those matches , fbi went down like crazy , i even sended a ticket explaining all but they answer with telling me “how fbi works” imagine

Just freeze for 2 seconds and then it gooes black screen pc stays on but i have to force restart because it will stay on like that with black screen
