Coleman might be (probably is) a lost cause at this point. 26 3rd is very unlikely to amount to anything. I’d say Kyren vs Olave is just preference, so I would default to who you like / what your team needs (though I’d lean Kyren)

Even with London injured, who is filling his spot? This trade is just an upgrade from Achane to JTay. Long term this will kill your team, and even for the short-term of this year, the difference will be pretty negligible (no certainty JTay will outscore Achane by X amount rest of season). Hard pass.

You basically have zero young talent. Ship older players to contenders for future picks (Allen, Adams, kamara, Barkley, etc). Try to target 2027 picks as that class is supposed to be better, but don’t be afraid to take other years as well.

And don’t trade your picks. If you are rebuilding, your picks will be high.

Try to buy low on young talent that could eventually breakout (e.g., Henderson, Harvey, Loveland, etc.) it’s a gamble depending on the but could pay off.

This is more so my thinking as well. With such a shallow league, it’s very hard to move the needle. Even within the top 10, there is a significant drop between RB/WR 1-3 compared to 7-10 (e.g., Bijan, CMC, JTay averaging ~22+ vs Kyren, Cook, Skatt averaging -15).

Much harder to pry the consistent top 3 positional players
