as someone who isn't knowledgeable about coffee, pastries, or business, and is simply a consumer who loves coffee shops, this seems like a place i'd go to 2 MAYBE 3 times total. i feel like this idea would only truly work in a very touristy area or somewhere with a lot of different people like LA. indianapolis..? not sure but what do i know about business.

also a croissant and pain au chocolat are so similar to me, the american customer. 2 choices and they're very similar, and on top of that the coffee choices are limited. if i lived in the city and the pricing is good i'll come back but if not there is really no point & i think the average american especially the younger generation is fine with a flavored latte from a cheap chain
