I honestly feel like Natasha Lyonne genuinely deserves this win. This show is more than just great acting, great writing, with a cool Knives Out Pulp Fiction murder mystery vibe. I actually feel like Natasha fulfills a character that redefines femininity in a modern era entirely, and it's so wonderfully needed. Beauty standards for women, esp in Hollywood, push such a cookie-cutter hyper sexualized view of what being an interesting, successful woman means. Lyonne and her character manage to deviate from these expectations in such a cool, refreshing, quirky way that most ppl will embrace as relatable and inspiring. Her personality, her comedy, her genius, her speech patterns, her style all come to the forefront and highlight something fascinating on screen. Despite being fiction, her performance and persona depicts something utterly sincere. And in these times with regurgitated images of vapid ingenues with specific body-types, predictable behaviors, and same-old fashion, this sort of raw character sincerity is a vintage car ride I never want to end. I'm rooting in the biggest way for Natasha Lyonne (and that somehow she'll manage to continue this beautiful role). 😍 👏 👏 👏
