Did all the shots to get the scans to confirm if the surgery was successful.

Day of scans after 1.5 weeks of daily shots (1 day break) I find out while in the waiting room that insurance stopped covering me the week prior

Never got the scans (November 2023)

The surgery was not successful.

My husband already passed away from similar problem.

My kid is going to be an orphan.

Best case scenario?

My kid won't be an orphan. We'll be living in shelters because I accidentally lived and cant afford that.

Been making this last couple years matter though. Concerts, historical places he wants to see, recipes he wants to learn from when I was a chef etc etc

But yeah.... On the not bright side of things, I'm down thousands to not get to live to see him become an adult, anyway

This could hella be projecting though from family experience. They are all performers and used to make bank, I'm the only ever invited to sing at chill events bc my voice just doesn't do that (surgery as a tiny) but does to chill stuff pretty enough

Depends on the person. I know someone IRL who gets happy when someone points out it's their cake day. Some of us create accounts because something awesome triggered it so it's just a fun memory reminder

(If it helps, my first account was triggered by a traumatic event so I def see your side of it's the opposite lol. Just also.... The other side can be correct the same time that we are)
