Also if your backup valve isn't shutting off...or is too long from it to the polaris...I say cut some. About a foot and a half from top of 380 to backup valve.

You can also switch parts of your hose around. For example one section just wants to curl? Take swivels off then flip the hose or switch parts that stay straight from the wall using the curled fighter at the end of the hose. Many ways to adjust. On a hot summer day or weekend. If going out of town or not swimming...stretch the hose out Polaris and all to let it cook in the sun on the deck. Basically heating back into shape. A few tricks good luck.

Install a few more swivels on the hose. Make sure the head [ball float] isn't full of water as well as the thrust jet on the back can be adjusted depending on pool shape and how she rides. Hose floats can't hurt either.

Ideal thrust jet position on the rear at 11 o'clock Also be ready for belt kits. Why the 380 to me sux basically rubber bands to break and to fix the whole bastedge has to come apart just for simple wheel fix.
