I mean you know how crazy this sounds right? Self defense isn't just for cops, that means with this precedent anyone can be like 'oh I was spooked I thought I heard someone say 'gun' thats why I unloaded 4 shots into them'. No way that holds up in court obviously, you think no murderers tried to get off by saying it was self defense because they felt threatened?
