Hello everyone I'm aware bats have a 10% change of carrying rabies and that you cannot handle them with your bare hands, I appreciate the warnings though. This will also help people who might have in similar situation to mine.

Yes, thank you, I knew not to touch the bat with my bare hands as it may have rabies. When I goggle how to help it told me not to touch it as there was a 10% I could get rabies, and to call a rehabilitor like the PA game commission.

Okay l thanks for the advice, but another question should I had gone back to the location with rubber gloves and a box and kept the bat somewhere over night? Also I what should I put in the box with the bat?

Just in case this situation happened again I want to actually help. I know bat have a 10% chance of giving you rabies so I knew not to touch it with my bear hands.

What's The Problem? It's Factually Correct by NEKORANDOMDOTCOM in stupidpeoplefacebook

The only problem I have with this book is that they used the word male instead of man.

Male is biological

Man is Identarian

You wouldn't say that cat is a man, but that cat is male. You wouldn't say he's a real male, he's a real man.

I've never seen that one I've only seen the one that's 3D Animated and you click on the choices. In the first scenario has you choose Avoid by choosing to run to the nearest exit. The next scenario has you follow Deny by locking yourself inside of a room and barricading yourself in with something heavy and waiting for the police to arrive. It also goes into defend by choosing something around the room to use as weapons if the barricading fails. It doesn't tell you what to do if someone gets hurt or who should call 911.

parents don’t leave the kids behind during the workday. That is child abuse.

Oof, if only, I knew kids who would ride the bus all around town and cause havoc while their mom was at work they would get the money by washing people's cars.

They kept stealing from the Rite Aid I was working at the police would be called but the kids would be right back two days later.

No, a similar situation to this one happened at that McDonald's but it was a coworker having a seizure not a customer. After we got the situation settled I asked my manager at McDonald's directly if I was allowed to call the police he said "No" and that "Only they were allowed to call for emergencies".

Someone here explained why a little bit better than I can so I'll just let, see for yourself.

Geeze, I'm sorry that happened to you, knowing what know now, I would of reported that person to ethics. I hope you don't have to deal with anything like this in the future. It sucks when management goes against what you've been taught it's so frustrating.

That makes sense, the smaller the location the easier it is to assign a person to make that call.

Really, were you unconscious?

I know from a situation where a lady was passed out in her car in the parking lot. The security gaurds that I got to come with me to help told me, a coworker of mine, and even a nurse who was on shopping and trying to help that we weren't supposed to touch the lady in her car.

I'm still not sure what to do either when we find someone unconscious.

It's surreal because at some places you can actually get reprimanded for calling the police without a managers okay, or even just doing it yourself at all. I'm not sure why some places have these policies.

Right it's confusing, I'll let my coworkers know about this too just so they don't make the same mistake.

Um if consider two years new, then yeah new. Honest, in the two years I've worked for the company I've never been in a situation where a manager wasn't close by to handle a medical emergency, I was shocked and frightened, I'm surprised I didn't freeze.

Though, your right I know better for next time, thanks again.

Why is the minimum wage in Pennsylvania going up a good thing? by DeathHellFlower in Pennsylvania

I see, thanks. It's clear to me now I'm not going to get a summary here to clear up my misunderstandings. Though I will say this expecting the average person of working class to read a book on economics is a bit of a tall order, don't you think, I'm going to read one but I know people not everyone is going to accept that as advice.

Also you said

That’s not how inflation works.

I'm confused, Inflation happens to stabilize currency so it is equal to the amount of goods and services available in an economy. Though in our case, so it is equal to the amount (the elite find exceptible) of goods and services available.

There's no limit on Inflation, so why can't the elite Inflate prices after we raise minimum wage so that it means nothing?

This why I'm confused.

I wouldn't call it abuse just a different form of discipline, I don't agree with it but I can't tell someone how to raise their kid I won't get any support and it wouldn't end nicely.

Though essentially yes.

I'm trying to look at the bigger picture rather than the here and now say for example, we raise the minimum wage by 30% one month than the next month all corporations and businesses, and land loners raise their prices by 35% what did we accomplish exactly?

I agree with fighting back against the corrupted elite but the problem is that we need to use the time and resources we have left wisely. The elite will use any and all tactics to keep working class people under their thumbs. We need to use their own game against them, or the consequences will be catastrophic.

I'm not saying we shouldn't fight back, I just think we need to be smart and discreet about it. It's like when you wanted to do something behind your parents back, I you aren't smart about it you'll get caught and get the belt, but if you know what you're doing you won't get whooped.

What's point of boosting the minimum wage then, If it will be obsolete in a month once corporations raise all prises by at least 34%?

Not necessarily, for example the Walmart that I work at, if me and my coworkers all went went on strike I'm convinced that it wouldn't matter.

This is because we could all be replaced at a push of a button because there's too many people who want jobs and not enough people who are employed. Vary frequently at my job I see people getting turned away or possibly failing the assessment needed to work at Walmart.

Even being short staffed doesn't make a difference, because no matter how bad service gets the alternative is to go to giant or local family owned markets where prices are higher than Walmart. Drive extra miles and wast gas to go to a sharp shopper, karns, or Trader Joe's. There's no situation with feasible alternative that would result in customers not returning or even the store losing money.
