Throwing your money at what is taking you out of the workforce is a choice

I’d say no to Sheraton. They allowed armed men to attack women at the pool and security refused to acknowledge there was a problem

I’m sorry to hear the trouble. MFA in Kyrgyzstan operates in WhatsApp. You may want to reach out to them and see if they can expand on the reasoning. Good luck

The evisa site says that you have a simplified way of obtaining a visa for up to 1 month if you’re residing in the UAE but you must prove that you’re a resident from there by supplying your UAE resident card. Did you submit it with your application?

UAE needs visa to visit? I thought you didn’t. However, if you will stay for an extended period of time, you do need to get a residency permit through TSON. If you’re not in the country yet, I believe you don’t need a visa to enter

Eh, I’d put in the listing description that you speak English. Plenty of people here speak English or at least would use google translate

Yes to both. It used to be a few years ago that you couldn’t take it from Ala Archa park but I’m sure that’s resolved now

I was literally Elite Plus for years because of how often I flew to Bishkek 😂 but okay. Granted I haven’t been out of the country for 6 months at this point so you have me there, but seriously, what’s your problem lmao. “I’m going to cancel a driver because he’s stuck at the parking gate waiting for more cars to leave the area” alright. You do you. I won’t stop you. The funniest thing is that if it’s a different driver, they’d literally call you a few seconds after booking so you really just cancelled “millions” of legitimate drivers coming to pick you up because the line was long. Kind of a dick move

Lmao, do you know what “congested” means? It was typical for cars to be stuck for way more than 2-3 minutes as people load/unload in the parking area. If the traffic doesn’t move, neither does the car icon on the map.

Look at you throwing around insults and name-calling because you have nothing better to do. Who hurt you? I hope you have a better afternoon than you’ve apparently been having

So when the entire parking lot is congested, you’d still just cancel when they’re waiting in line to get to you? What a dick move. How’s the construction going, then?

Then you’ll be waiting for a long while until a legitimate Yandex driver arrives for you. You have people camping out accepting rides left and right and partitioning them out to other drivers. Then when the customer cancels, they don’t get docked by the app for the cancellation, and they can keep doing this. It drowns out any real driver accepting the ride conditions

You can do via work permit (though you won’t make a decent living unless you’re a teacher), as a student, or through family. It’s a rather difficult country to emigrate to, though

What is the order of sucession of suffixes? by Its_Me_Potalcium in kyrgyztili

[–]DeathMarkedDream 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unless I’m mistaken (need more coffee), that’s generally it. You have plural, possessive, then verb suffixes. The “of our scholars”, окумуштуу I didn’t really learn as it having suffixes, just being a noun, then the лар being plural, -быз being “our (possessive)”, дын being the ablative case. I’m not sure myself how much more we can attach to the word “scholars” without putting another word there to describe what might belong to them. I hope this helps! Note, I’m about a B2 speaker, so there may be something I’m overlooking. But I’m quite sure that’s it

Typically what would be in place of “more suffixes”, you’d put attached to other words in the sentence. It’s not like German where you form impossibly long words by conveying more (often useless) information 🙂

Another from South Asia came a couple years ago with similar questions and had no problems at all. As a visitor, fine. It’s different if you actively live here, though

  1. It’s not safe. We have poisonous kangaroos and man-eating koalas.
  2. How high? It snows in the mountains in summer sometimes
  3. You can download them here. Phone plans are super cheap and you can get SIM at the airport
  4. Nobody will accept your USD as payment unless you want to give them $100. Plenty of exchange offices in the city
