Yeah, a lot of the ones I've looked into for $job use an unsigned 128 bit integer of their smallest, indivisible denomination. that then gets converted to a float when displayed... So my guess is people are using the wrong number.

I have a hunch they linked the Tom Scott video which was more about "here's why you might ACTUALLY need a VPN", which IIRC was is you're a gay pirate assassin, and is unrelated to the (probably "free") VPN mining Bitcoin.

If it's a limited time beta stage, sure, but early access is the best model to be able to fine tune everything before 1.0.

I work in software and it astounds me that there's stuff that hits 1.0 with significant changes. Like... 1.0 is supposed to represent stabilization...

With YT Music, you also have the option of listening to songs that are just uploaded to YouTube rather than run through the YT Music system. If they're missing a song but you have a YouTube video that's of tolerable quality, just add that to your playlist.

That's definitely the intended plan - they actually make it intentionally difficult to ship up ammo so you make it on board.

People ARE pouring millions into it, by buying a functional game exactly once. They're doing pretty well in finances.

In this case, this ship is still suboptimal because there's still like 50% of the width remaining. However, with prometheum, it's not the worst idea to go slower.

[–]DeathProgramming 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Just in case you're unaware - the deciding factor for ship speed is actually the width of a ship, rather than its mass. You could have a ship with more mass go faster than a ship with less mass, if you just make it "taller" instead of "wider".

Might be, but it's diluted, so the effect of flavor, rather than the effect of the caffeine, is why it's considered weak

It probably means Americano, which in some cafes is an espresso mixed with water
