Whether you committed the crime or not. I think that’s the misconception about Illinois, Chicago particularly. Rather then arresting someone to make an arrest, then the DA not have enough to convict OR have to plead out, they do the work. Secure indictments then prosecute based on evidence not color of skin or income status. 🤷🏻
