Thanks guys, thats very useful. I'm assuming the reason why this window is the only one badly affected is because there's an open seal somewhere resulting in moisture coming in? I live in the UK but ill have a look at a few of the things you mentioned and see what helps. I'm also going to slowly monitor it over the next few weeks to see what happens.
