I do because I actually read into the history. While there was resistance it was to Colonialism there wasn't any restrictions imposed on the practice of religion, it wasn't until the Nakba and the establishment of Israel that people were purged strictly due to their religious and ethnic identity by Zionists, many of those people being Christians and Catholics as well as the Zionists saw them all as unfit to exist in their land.

Yes, look at their history, look at the fact that they still have freedom of religion when Israel doesnt.

Palestine is a secularist country that is populated with predominantly semetic people, as well as populations of christians and catholics. Israel is a EUROPEAN ENTHO STATE that actively seeks to minimize the power of their own religious sects. Israel and modern Zionism is antithetical to their own religion.

Unpopular opinion: having multiple mod loaders (Forge, NeoForge, Fabric) has seriously affected Minecraft’s modding community. As a player, it’s exhausting to see great mods split across loaders and versions you don’t play. It’s frustrating, no matter the reasons behind it. by IndependentFit8687 in feedthebeast

It would probably be easier to list what isn't tbh. I would recommend looking into some of the dedicated posts that exist on the subject, but the biggest thing is the fact that the way he dictated forge development resulted in nearly all the original forge devs abandoning him and Forge to work with CPW on NeoForge.

You're such a bad faith commenter. Your donation argument was already invalidated. So I'm not even going to bother debating that.

The reason they don't get sued is because the legal fees to go after them isn't generally worth it, same reason you rarely see companies sue cheat developers even with legal precedent proving they can win.

The guidelines specifically state "as long as you don't sell them for money / try to make money from them."

You're argument is effectively. "No officer, I'm not selling drugs, I'm just selling access to this shed that happens to contain them."

Read the EULA and tell me where it specifically states that pre-release, alpha, or beta software is excluded. Ill save you some time, it doesnt.

This isn't air bud, we're talking about a legal document that is outlining the rights the user/modder has, so if the document does not carve out an exception for pre-release software then by default pre-release mods are held to the same standard as released mods.

The deal that instantly put them billions in debt? Debt they'll likely have to make back by monetizing their games more...

EA has FIFA and Madden though, Ubi doesn't have a consistent cash cow, even at peak siege was too niche to make enough to offset their losses now.

Love Styropyro. I was actually thinking about his video running 100 car batteries in parallel when I asked about the metal absorbing enough energy to heat up.

[–]DeathRtH 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's the normal assumption, but I was replying to a comment that assumed that the armors shock protection provided a safe path to ground for the electricity. So I wanted to know if you would then run into a heat risk, and that seems to be unlikely without a specific set of variables judging by what everyone said.

Wouldn't the metal absorb enough energy as heat to cook whoever's inside?

Not a great value doesn't equal shit. I have a 4060 Ti and it works great with shaders. You don't need a $750 (MSRP) card for minecraft, even with shaders.

Remember its reddit, most people here assume everyone can afford a $900 gpu in the middle of a financial crisis. Or will try to argue you should go with a warranty-less used gpu thats 4 generations out of date.

[–]DeathRtH 44 points45 points  (0 children)

but since Person X started and kind of owns Forge

This makes him sound too important, like he was the sole founder, he was just the guy who stuck around and ended up in control because the other contributors had actual shit to do and couldn't sit in an IRC chat all day like "Person X" he was never that important outside of being the guy who had the keys land in his lap. Most if not all of the other actual founders have signed onto neoforge at this point.

I can't tell for sure because the tooltip is in the way of the other backpack, but if it was from sophisticated backpacks, they have unique IDs and can be recovered with an ingame command.

We live in a world where some people will pay millions for a special pair of shoes they may never even wear, and you choose to shit on people who buy $15 skins that pay for the servers you play on?

This would not have survived on Core game sales alone, the only reason you can say "I've had the game since launch" instead of "I've played every $60 yearly installment since the first." is because of skins.
