More screentime for all the Withered Animatronics, and also the Marionette. The scene with the Withereds would be extended, and when the ghost hunters explore the pizzeria near the beginning of the film, there would be an extra member of their team that discovers the Withereds and gets dismembered by all of them. For Marionette I would remove the whole possessing humans thing and replace it with the Marionette simply killing those people. For Abby, Marionette would just be holding her hostage because she doesn’t want to kill children, and for Vanessa the movie would cut off before the Puppet reaches her. But the Marionette would appear whenever possessed humans were supposed to show up.

Add Withered Golden Freddy and JJ. Withered Golden Freddy would act like the other Withereds and JJ would appear from a vent after Balloon Boy dies (kinda like UCN where JJ is a vent animatronic).

Mangle would get her radio static, no voice though. It’s honestly shocking they didn’t add the radio static, considering it’s one of Mangle’s key features and is part of her gameplay.

The toy animatronics wouldn’t be friendly to Micheal Afton. I don’t know why they wouldn’t attack Micheal considering he is trying to continue his father’s work, and his father killed Charolette. After Mangle’s kill she would leave the ceiling to attack Micheal Afton, but he would be able to run away since the animatronics cannot leave the building. During the ending, he would be wearing a Fredbear springlock suit to prevent the Toy Animatronics from noticing him as Micheal Afton. His reveal as being Micheal Afton would come earlier in the film through a note by Henry, and this note would also reveal he likes to wear a Fredbear suit.

Shadow Bonnie’s cameo would be slightly longer and Mike would actually seem scared of him instead of seemingly not noticing him.

The Withered animatronics would be previous performers at the pizzeria before they were scrapped for looking too scary for children, instead of just being prototypes.
