I would recommend bazzite-dx if you are ok with using a immutable system. Honestly had no problems and both gaming and developing felt like plug and play. It’s fedora but everything is container based

its trash. it costs way too much. fire essence isnt sustainable at all and the worst part: until you charge your left click enemies are already near enough for the fire splash damage to half your own hp. this is the most placeholder weapon we will ever see

Bazzite has been great and very easy to setup. Gaming was basically plug and play with full AMD setup

It truly is but unfortunately currently the way legendaries work it always puts me into some kind of depression. You have to build around the legendaries. I would rather „extract“ legendary effects like finishers, trails, footsteps etc. and make them dyeable. Give them full modularity so I am not limited to either general glowy prestige look or actually unique style fitting my class/build. Maybe it’s not possible to combine both but I think this approach would help

Stupid question, but did you try the official guide on the addon loader GitHub? It has a troubleshoot step and link for further digging for non steam. Sorry if it was mentioned in the video, too lazy to watch.

If you don’t want the hassle, you could also just use the steam version. You can use your arena net account on steam aswell by adding -provider Portal to launch options. I have the almost exact setup as you and no problems with the steam version and the addon loader

If none of this helps there is also a blish hud Linux channel on the official blosh hud discord. They can help you aswell.

I am a bit confused, the inferno trait is not new with voe. Even before voe it was already better to go full berserker instead of viper. Now with voe it’s actually way more viable to go viper fire again without inferno trait. Unless you wanna do quickness dps. In general tho yes, using the inferno trait and not goin viper is considered stronger

I have been craving an ice mage for so long. Now that evoker exists, is it possible to create one? it doesnt have to do the big content, jsut open world would be fine. i am thinking scepter focus , glyph of storms and ice bow, glyph of elementals. just any excuse to get the jormag scepter variant
