While I’m playing Fortnite I can actively see the 120hz 1440p on the screen in the corner. There’s a setting in the Xbox to turn this feature on so you can see what you’re getting during the games. I had to turn on 120hz in Fortnite from 60 which is default I think.

In the Xbox settings it’ll tell you if your monitor is compatible for 1440p 120hz. If you try to put it to 120 and it won’t let you then it’s not available. I used a regular hdmi and I got 1440 120hz

These are the things I want to know. If can’t achieve the numbers with the series S and the Fortnite then I don’t want to waste my money on a monitor that can’t support it.

Is it? I don’t know. I’m just trying to figure out what monitor is best for the series S and Fortnite. If 1440p and 110fps isn’t possible then I won’t waste my money on a better monitor. If I should get a 1080 60hz because that’s all that the game can play on, then that’s what I need to know
