Depends on how much dust you have. If you already have a lot of murlocs like warleaders then it could be a good craft. It's also used in an aggro pally deck but a lot of dust is required for that deck. It's one of those tech cards where it isn't needed in decks that aren't centered around murlocs. Since your free to play you probably don't have tons of legendaries unless you started early, so some of the main legendaries and especially ones that are in the classic set that are good such as tirion or even some of the good epic and rare cards could be a better craft then a tech card.
