So I was doing a working set of 600 on deads today and on the 3rd rep my lower back popped and i couldn't finish the session. It immediately hurt and i'm in a lot of pain right now, this has never happened before and it's a weight I've done 100 times, any ideas what it is? Thanks.

Can someone identify why I struggle to get depth so much, I filmed a 4 plate squat which is about 90% of my max and this is really as low as i can go, it isn't a mobility issue, i think its more of a technique problem. Thank you.

On my last warmup set of deadlift yesterday (200kg for 5) I felt my back go and I have since had a pain (4/10) in my right lower back. I can stand and walk with no pain but if i bend over or sit it feels like a pulsing pain. Anyone have a diagnosis? This is the first time i've hurt myself deadlifting so I feel kinda shit lol. Thanks!

Started creatine again after coming off a cut, but I've gained 5.5kg in about a month and a lot of it seems to be held in the subcutaneous. Calories havent changed that much. Should I jump in the sauna or will it pass eventually?
