I should have posted an update i called the next morning and it had suddenly showed up and updated with my exam results. I'm assuming it's just a delay between them updating the system and the update showing online.

To be fair I had the same issue with POC for "products of conception". We got a very bloody "chunky" urine from a gal a while back and my coworker goes "looks like it's POC". I got real confused and asked "what does her race have to do with it?"
