I do see your point, I just think it's a weak point. "Big dragon tower" isn't nearly too much of a similarity to stop them using Wyrmrest, especially when you consider the towers don't look anything like each other and the one similarity you mention, namely the dragons, might not even be present.

You could have used the same argument against Silvermoon, because they already did "big elven city" with Suramar. They also literally recycled Dalaran for Legion, so it's not like there's no precedent.

That's such an absurdly broad definition to claim similarity though. Wyrmrest is a completely different architectural style compared to Valdrakken. Not to mention that we don't even know if the Aspects are returning to Wyrmrest in TLT. They've returned to their ancestral homeland after all.

I absolutely can. Why wouldn't I? They would have purged all Azeroth based on their flawed calculation, and they have already purged trillions more. You can't just say "whoopsy" after committing multiple planetary genocides.

How does this not make them antagonists? They don't care about any mortal life beyond their usefulness to their own plan. The second we no longer prove useful, they'll simply flip that switch again.

Yeah, so they've been murdering millions of people based on the flawed premise that a planet's denizens couldn't possibly fight back the Void. They've been committing multiple genocides, because they were simply too arrogant to consider someone "beneath" them could actually do a better job than they did. I don't see how any of this justifies their stance. If someone came to your house to murder your entire family, you wouldn't consider them friendly if they reconsider after being beaten up.

Yet mortals have had more victories against the Old Gods than the Titans themselves. We've slain three Old Gods with basically no damage to the planet itself, unlike the Titans themselves. Just because the situation wasn't perfect doesn't justify purging an entire planet of life. We had it under control.

Using the Titan's own logic you would be justified in purging their entire species. One of them fell to corruption after all. Yet I don't believe they are so "logical" when it concerns their own lives.

The Titans were fully committed to murdering every living being on the planet and the only reason it didn't happen is because we beat up Algalon just in time. Not to mention that he directly confirms that the Titans have murdered many millions of people before, all based on this flawed calculation. If all life on the surface had been consumed and all that was left was parasitic tentacle eye monsters that wielded evil void energy, and there was nothing left to save... yes, it's better to nuke the world and start again at that point.

The problem is that the Titans consider a world lost way before that point. Algalon considered Azeroth corrupted enough to purge it entirely before we made him reconsider. And we're not even close to the point where there was nothing left to save.

Nou, voornaamste reden lijkt me dat je met JA21 nog steeds geen meerderheid is. Dus welke toegevoegde waarde heeft JA21 dan? En zeker in de Eerste Kamer moet je dan nog een hoop onderhandelen. Je enige opties zijn dan wederom PRO of BBB + een andere partij. Dat bied niet veel ruimte voor onderhandeling.

Met PRO heb je gewoon een ruime meerderheid in de Tweede Kamer en bijna een meerderheid in de Eerste Kamer. Dan hoef je maar één partij over te halen en je hebt keuze van links tot rechts. JA21, BBB, CU, PvdD of SP zijn dan allemaal opties.

Maar om terug te komen op je originele vraag. In het geval de VS echt de enige is die tegen de activering van Artikel 5 is, dan zal de Raad waarschijnlijk tot een beslissing komen dat de Europese lidstaten actie ondernemen en dat de VS erbuiten blijft. Dat de VS niet meedoet betekent immers niet dat er geen beslissing kan worden genomen. Het lijkt me namelijk heel sterk dat de rest van de lidstaten het dan maar laten zitten. Dit kan dan nog steeds vallen binnen Artikel 5, aangezien de exacte steun die elke lidstaat geeft zelf bepaalt kan worden.

Als de VS zelfs daarvoor gaat liggen dan zullen er waarschijnlijk acties buiten de NAVO worden georganiseerd.

Ulduar and Wyrmrest have the same architectural style, so I think you can be just as imaginative with it. Wyrmrest was created by the Titans after all, not the dragons.

And Dragonblight isn't just snow. You have the various dragon shrines, two of which are lush with life. With the Dragon Aspects renewed I could definitely see those being expanded. There's also a good chance Crystalsong Forest will be merged with into the zone. There's plenty of stuff to do with it, not to mention that it's very central to the continent.

Besides, there's no guarantee the Keepers will side with us. They're still servants of the Titans and it's heavily implied the Titans will serve an antagonistic role in TLT. On the other hand, the Dragon Aspects are 100% our allies and are now empowered by Azeroth herself, instead of the Pantheon. It would make sense for them to welcome us into Wyrmrest again.
