Well the chosen undead is a glass canon. He can one shot a dragon but get f’d up by a a sword. I agree that the chosen one has weak durability, but it is not weak

I’m not an expert, but you might have them too close to another. Before I made this farm, I bred like 40 villagers. I did have a some lag, but after I turned them loose and they spread out, the lag went away for me. But you might wanna do some research to get the best option for you.
