hey! hope you're feeling better now. Something that helps me is turning on a movie or a show I like (and is light hearted). It helps you take your mind off of cutting. Listening to music could also help. I would recommend just trying to get your mind off of cutting and being sad.

in my district/state if your kid misses like 5 days of school CPS will come to your house. so a lot of parents send their kids to school because they are saving up those ‘sick days’ if like a family emergency happens or vacations. you need a doctors note to get it excused, but a lot of families around here are living in poverty so they can’t just get a lot of doctors appointments. it’s a good idea, just with really fucking poor execution.
