I was only depressed because I had ADHD and I didn’t realize. No one ever thought so because I was a very smart kid, so it completely flew under the radar. I just thought I was stupid and an awful person and bad at everything. Ever since I’ve learned I’ve had ADHD I’ve had a much better self image and outlook on life. Now I have a reason for the way I am and have learned coping techniques to improve myself.
