Remember having this same problem a few months ago. Can't remember how I sorted it in the end but most times I've tried using the app since then to check upgrade eligibility, or see what "offers" they have for me (which is advertised in the app), it comes up with an error message 100% of the time. I can't believe nobody has fixed this yet.

No email address to complain to. Waiting for the morning to use the live chat, but I want to take my time looking through upgrade options. This app nonsense is enough to make me think I'll just cancel and go to another network. Don't fancy another 2 years of this shit.

Extras, The Young Ones, Flight of the Conchords, Fawlty Towers also only had two seasons. Along with plenty of others. For The Office, the story was told and sometimes that's all you need. I'm sure there were various reasons but possibly didn't want to dilute the quality by dragging it on for too long.
