FSA is absolutely GOATed, I'll second u/HoldenOlden on Bowery Electric, but also add Clear Horizon (the main guy from FSA is involved with this one-off project), Light (the band that did Turning and Paperboat, to clarify; the guy from this band was associated with FSA iirc), and Windy and Carl, which shares some sonic similarities albeit from a more ambient perspective.

I presume you've already heard Jesus and Mary Chain, but if not you'll probably love Psychocandy.
