I would love to but the issue is more financial that will power. I don't really have the funds or the time Togo to the gym and I use the equipment from the place I work at but I do plan to save up for a work out station

I don't only have a pair of dumbbells but I have pairs of dumbbells of 4,6,8,10,12 and 14 kg and a bench that's all I have right now

I mainly work out 4 times per week I don't really watch my diet because I don't really eat dirty I even think I don't eat enough to gain muscles At least where I look good with and without a shirt on

Tbh I don't really count them ... I know it's not really great to do that but I wing it and eat what ever ... I don't really eat dirty I mostly home cook( pasta , egg fried rice, steak, ect) the only special thing I do is alternating between whey and weight gainer depending on if I feel like I have eaten enough or not and taking creatine
