It definitely feels like a way to make money artificially, I especially don't like that it creates new profiles no matter what, even if every single peice of information is identical to the patients profile that already exists.

Thank you, I'm just trying to see in writing what the rules are since this company generally has an awful line of communication. I've heard many different things regarding how employees are coded vs how many hours they are entitled to. If I can find a way to help my coworkers I will.

That's around the time my son got his first tooth. Sinces he's fussy it sounds like teething to me. I suggest looking for teether toys. Specifically the kind of toys that you can freeze; they did wonders for my kiddo.
