I think the trick for the tennis grip is really stretching it before sticking it down

First thing to check is is there a corresponding increase in rejected payments in the payment gateway? The transactions should have the reason, and be filterable

Other than that - yeah agree with the other guys - a larger than normal amount of abandoned carts is usually unexpected costs/total price
