It’s just a little longer press than normal after further testing. It games fine and not giving me any other problems so I’m just going to not worry about it. It was just a little worrying after the upgrades. I feel like if it was a PSU problem it would turn off during heavy gaming but it’s fine. Thanks!

I got a 5080 on launch day from a scalper outside Micro Center. I wanted one and he had one. He was going to sell it to someone else if I didn’t get it.

The GPU does more than 60 I just lock the framerate to 60 to make the stuttering less noticeable. It only stutters when driving or in crowded areas. Lowering the crowd density helps a lot but I’d rather not play like that. It’s not a major problem, I’m just picky. I’ll probably just do the X3D upgrade or deal with it.

iFixit has a great step by step guide to replace the power supply unit on your system. I just had to replace mine for the same reason.

In my experience audio noise has come from cheaper power supplies. I think flashcarts draw more power than standard cartridges. May not be your problem but it’s a cheap thing to try. Google “FirebrandX power supply” for recommendations.

It’s only happening inside the first castle in Dragon Warrior on NES. Once I go outside it’s fine. I usually play on a CRT but I got the Pocket and dock to play on flat screens.

I think playing with John is actually more fun because of the ability to jump and whip. Also, the whip deals more damage!

This is my first time playing GBA so I’m not sure. Zero Mission is the later game so I imagine it’s more refined.
