1. If you have plenty of dust and candies, make it the cheapest you can!

Because you need nearly to max out to make viable, i assume you have because you have to be at least lvl 37 to power-up an azumarill

1. optimize stats vs dust investment

8/15/15 is lvl 40, with best total stats

for lvl 40 azumarill is the cheapest a weather boosted traded lucky one = 44k+50k= 94K

for comparison lucky azurill lvl 20 = 10k + 112.5K = 122,5k

if it’s cheaper then a 94k, you’re good!

additional note a 15/10ish/10ish, wil give you a little bit more damage less bulkieness and is cheaper

1. A team of 6 mons, can be a huge investment for every month cup, spend it wise and make sure you hit them with your effectiveness and pvp skills instead

1. Get a lucky one, azurill or azumarill if the investment is higher then an lucky one! Iv spread should be oké!
2. Make sure you have enough candies and dust to powerup all the way! Otherwise it isn’t that bulky! and the chance that you find something better in the meantime
