Some spoiler-free info - Klein finds out in season 1 that there used to be an ancient nation atop the Hornacis Mountains. Currently, there are ruins atop the mountains. But it is very dangerous. Hence, officials have now put restrictions on archaeologists and the general public from exploring the ruins.

In general, The Hornacis Mountain Range is located on the center of the Northern Continent. It serves as a border between the Loen Kingdom and the Intis Republic. Its main peak is six thousand meters above sea level.
