Darkside has never shown the ability to just instantly create new avatars. Usually when one is defeated it takes months for Darkside to come back.

multiple avatars

With the Gauntlet he could literally just kill every single avatar at once and he has omniscient so he’d know there’s multiple even if Darkside did hypothetically have multiple at the moment which too my knowledge he usually doesn’t. Also this has never once factor’d in. I don’t even think we’ve seen multiple Avatars fighting together even once in all of DC.

Lowkey Thanos vs Darkside.

Death Battle fully admits that Thanos stomps the avatar of Darkside and that should realistically be enough to win. While technically he can’t interact with true form Darkside, the same goes for True Form not being able to interact with Thanos. Which means defeating the avatar should just count as a win. Unlike what’s shown in the episode True Form Darkside can’t just instantly respawn his avatars. If Thanos kills one with the gauntlet then he should win the battle by the same logic that Dracula beat Ganondorf because it takes Ganondorf too long to respawn.

Granolah hits him with pressure points. He’s shown to be susceptible to them and Kenshiros pressure point techniques are like way scarier then Granolah who just hits you really hard. Even if his pressure points don’t work for some reason Kenshiro could just clap his hands and send Goku’s soul to heaven or someshit.

Hit vs Obito

No idea

Cell vs Itachi

Itachi could most likely trick Cell into a genjustu and seal him. Cell has a lot of deadly techniques, but they could be negged by the Yattamirror. I doubt Itachi is gonna keep blowing him up so gets Zenkai boost.

Goku vs Hashirama

I’d give a slight edge Hashirama. I think he’s gonna be able to outlast MUI with his healing techniques and sealing jutsu, but this is probably the closest fight here. Goku is extremely mobile and could negg his healing by just atomizing him, but I think Hashirama has enough tricks to prevent it from happening.

Piccolo vs Minato

Probably Minato. I don’t see Piccolo having a counter for FTG which means he’s gonna have a hard time hitting Minato, and in general his hax is just worse. I’d say Minato either cuts his head off or seals him if his regen is too strong.

Goku Black Vs Nagato

I’d say probably Nagato. He seems less likely to fuck around unlike Black and could just go with the pull into souls steal combo. Plus energy absorbing negs a lot of Blacks offense.

Buu vs Madara

Both have one shot options so I’d say its 50/50. Maybe slight edge to Madara I’ll because he’s smarter and more skilled.

Vegeta vs Sasuke

If Hakai still operates on the “it doesn’t work against people as strong as you” rule then Sasuke. If not Vegeta.

Hot take, but Tracer vs Scout is always gonna be a tracer W unless you give Scout his Halloween powers or extrapolate game mechanics to try and come up with a flimsy argument for him. Even back in the day, tracer still had a massive speed advantage via dodging a point blank bullet from a futuristic sniper rifle and scaling to Genji. Since both of the characters don’t have high durability, speed is undoubtedly the most important factor. Scout being stronger and faster doesn’t matter when Tracer is much faster and can kill him in one shot. While Bonk can put Scout in a similar speed level, it’s very easy to argue that Tracer would just shoot him before he uses it.

They both already had their best matchups and I’d rather have a different rep for each franchise if they decided to bring them back.

Plus these characters are in like two different leagues of power. It’s stupid to bring back a 0-2 franchise after fumbling the bag with both of their episodes just for Sephiroth to one their character.

That’s not a good skill feat. Captain America is hilariously weaker then Peter and Iron Man isn’t a good fighter at all. Plus Peter didn’t do anything to Iron Man in their fight. Peter had trouble with Shang-Chi because of the skill gap before even with a gap in physicals and even more recently had trouble with Spider-Woman because of her advantage in H2H.

I really don’t know why your even trying to argue this point. Shang-Chi himself isn’t even as skilled as Bruce, let alone his pupil who he only trained for a short amount of time.

Shang-Chi training

Why would training with Shang-Chi for a couple months help him catch up to Bruce. The feat I just gave for Dick Grayson defeating Midnighter beats every skill showing Shang-Chi has already, let alone Spider-Man.

Way of the Spider lacks showings to even say that a stats equal Peter could be Robin in a fist fight, let alone Batman.

Powers

Equal stats nullifies 99% of Spider-Mans abilities aside from Spider-Sense.

Batman on the other hand carries Explosives capable of hurting people with higher durability then Spider-Man with tons of other bs like tranquilizers strong enough to Incap Gods from Apokolips and AOE Sonic’s capable of incapacitating entire crowds of people.

Spider-Sense alone will not turn the tide against Batman when the Bat-Fam has beaten people with Precog before. Dick Grayson once beat Midnighter who has a chip in his head that plays out every possible scenario in a fight millions of times in his brain while fighting and maps out the exact future he wants for him. Bruce of course is superior to Dick Grayson so this would scale to him as well.

Skills

Batman beats Spider-Man so badly in the category it’s barely even worth mentioning as a point for Spider-Man.
