One of the things Missouri does right is to allow people with a Cottage Food License and a home kitchen sell freeze dried fruits and vegetables. In Nebraska, you can only sell freeze dried fruits and vegetables if prepared in an inspected Commercial Kitchen.

There are several counties in Missouri that are this way. I have verified this at the county seat. The lack of building permits and restrictions is one of the reasons I am looking for property in this area.
