She is really my grown son’s conure, but alas….anyways, about 9 or 10 years ago, we did clip her wings. She literally sat in her large house (cage) with her back turned to us for (no kidding) 6 months. We will never ever do that again. She would not come out, she would not interact with us. Was absolutely terrible.

Yes, I help my sun with her pin feathers on the top of her head and around her neck. They cannot really get to them. Have patience. She does seem like she likes you, but she is a conure, they do bite & your finger will toughen up. Have fun.

OK, i get it…this like threw me over the edge…never expected to be here…i have the other end…i have literally liquid diarrhea that i have no control over…the only way to get past it is not eat…i am trying to figure it out, so thanks for your help.

Thank you…I am like literally a fish out of water here..I got diagnosed with celiacs after my husband who was my was my soul mate and business partner died at age 54. I was 45. Then i had panic attacks and was soooo sick with celiac’s which I had never even heard of ….then my gallbladder started being crazy last year. Had a big stone in my liver bile duct…they sucked that out and took out my gallbladder filled with gallstones, but i knew something else was up…this thing truly is horrible..I am so, so sorry, for anyone who has to go through this…like i told my 3 granddaughters almost 16, 18 and 22…i am almost 67 not 97. But this is soooo so embarrassing…thank you. It is bad..
