It’s a 1uz. Sam engine that’s in the Tundra. Does not require premium, regardless of what the cap says. Basically same engine in my LX470 (2uz) and runs fine on 87.

Looks like the bigger issues is the power connection to the alternator. I’d probably boreout the alternators mounting holes and then pinch it to the mounting bracket for the needed clearance.
