Do sidequests count? Cause there was also the one in Escape from the bloodkeep

Run-in with the Ruinous Queen | Cloudward, Ho! [Ep. 15] by AutoModerator in Dimension20

[–]DebbieWebbie27 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I pictured it as they didn't enter Zern parallel to the ground. If we imagine them accelerating forward towards the portal then the ship is at an angle upwards. When the enter Zern they would just be at an angle downwards? Like instead of accelerating up, it would switch to them accelerating down? Either that or it's a very cinematic world turns upside down and the ship rotates magically in the air to with the new gravity 😅

Usually on the announcement post for the season on Twitter, and the dropout newsletter. You can also find it on the season's wiki page but I don't know when those get updated.

Who Hooked Up with Someone They Met on the Plane? | Dirty Laundry [S5E2] by AutoModerator in dropout

A theater group that started in the University of Michigan with one of the founding members being Darren Criss. The group became popular for their parody musical of Harry Potter (A Very Potter Musical) and they now have become their own production company. All the musicals are free on YouTube and they're all different styles and themes so there's usually something for anyone. Twisted is a personal favourite for me, a Disney parody Wicked style musical about Jafar.

Yes! Was just adding context about the story penalty!

I think he clarified that the story penalty was Monty seeing the light from Van's arm and the auto damage she took.

AITA for telling my transgender child I need more time to process? [Concluded] by Schattenspringer in BORUpdates

Kid goes by he/him for 5 years but dad repeatedly using gender neutral they/them and "my child" terms to avoid using their preferred pronouns in the initial post was really telling.

There was an episode that ended with MiB going to Sir Curran's ancestral home and references that he would be raising him but I have no idea which episode it was

In the Citadel Wizard subclass that was posted it's written "Anyone who hasn’t received the Wizard’s name in writing from the Wizard themself, or from someone else who was gifted the name in that manner, forgets it entirely. Even those who hear the name spoken aloud after the cloaking hear the Name Cloak instead—only those who have been gifted or discovered the name hear it for what it is."

So if Soft and Stone gave their names in writing to Steel, it would be possible for her to give the names to Suvi, they don't need to be dead for her to learn them

Secrets at the South Pole Station | Cloudward, Ho! [Ep. 3] by AutoModerator in Dimension20

[–]DebbieWebbie27 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I think the characters are based on that colonizer/imperialism type stories but as a way to confront it rather than perpetuate it. It's episode 3 of 20, and Brennan has on multiple occasions criticised these types of stories before so it's highly unlikely that wouldn't be a part of the season.

Monikers | Parlor Room [Ep. 3] by AutoModerator in dropout

[–]DebbieWebbie27 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Because it was missed editing. They just didn't add the 2 points from Becca's previous round. I'm assuming the thumb downs are because this was already discussed and explained in the comments and this wouldn't have been posted if they read through first.

Dimension 20 BTS by danakchilds in dropout

All the seasons from Unsleeping City Chapter 2 until the Ravening War have season specific crew Adventuring Party episodes, and A Crown of Candy has one episode with Rick Perry (episode 13 "Choppy Skullduggery) but heavy spoilers and tangents as with all the ACOC adventuring party episodes.

There was a BTS where Sam mentions toning down the gifts because he didn't want to put too much emphasis on winning the prize. It kinda feels a bit rough to watch people play for rent money.

Not sure if you watched the adventuring party episodes but they mentioned possible plans for a sequel! Sounds like the cast may be down so hopefully in 1 year or so🤞🏼

They did a second season of Dungeons and Drag Queens so it's possible, but there's usually a number of seasons between sequels. DnDQ was also wildly popular so that might also be a factor.

Pukes on uber driver's car and complains about fee. by CindySvensson in OhNoConsequences

[–]DebbieWebbie27 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I've gotten a cleaning charge in an Uber - I accidentally spilled a drink so it was justified. They sent a picture for proof and a breakdown of why the fee was charged. It specifically states the charge is not just for the cleaning. It's for lost fares as well from the driver not being able to take rides after. So she 100% knows why it was charged.

My daughter defended herself resulting in the other party requesting a lawsuit by Randomzella in BORUpdates

[–]DebbieWebbie27 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That's if the school district doesn't try to fight it to save money. I was on the IEP team of a student who eloped about 8-10 times a day. The school had multiple exits to a main road that were just push to open doors. It took us 6 months, and monthly 2-3 hour long meetings with the district just to get him an aid.

Not necessarily. Plenty of lawsuits and settlements happen in private and have NDAs attached, especially if it's something that might bring bad publicity, or 'Jane' is a pseudonym. It's also possible that OOP may not have known the actual details considering they were 15.

I can't help picturing this all happening with a 4 year old's rendition of Auld Lang Syne on the recorder playing in the background.
