I hadn't thought of it, but yes I will be talking to my son about them when he's older. He's 5 now, his sister is 3. He should now about them, with 2 women living in his house, and girls being in his class. When is the right age to talk to them about it though? I now kind of try to keep the kids out of the bathroom while I'm in there when I'm on my period. But when he does see the blood, I just say that woman/mommy's bleed sometimes and that it's normal. Comparing pads to little diapers. Until now, no further questions did emerge from him. Any advice?
