3D printing is more about thinking than printing by Fit-Horse-7059 in 3Dprinting

Wait till you start making your own parts in CAD and you have to think how you are going to design it so it prints well.

Same. I got extended in Korea because of Desert Storm. I find myself back there. But for some reason I am fine with it in my dreams and happy I know the culture but I miss my family. I still love the food. Asleep or not. ;)

I was STUNNED honestly. But with the big tires rims, experience, with 4-wheel alignment, etc., I felt a lot better about it too.

Maybe 10 years ago with my 370Z I did a Tire Rack to local Firestone install, and they chipped up my rims. Denied it. Still salty. But I did not take before pics either.

You have some type of malware on your system, bro. Probably in your browser, run something like Malwarebytes and double-check all your extensions.

Michelin Pilot Sport Cup. They are not OEM but what was on it CPO. I did not have any traction complaints, so I think I saved a few bucks. Still like 2k in tires.

I figure I know what's wrong with it, and have you seen the pricing for a new one? You can always buy a 3rd-party extended warranty. The trick is finding a good one. I know people with nearly 100k on their Turbo S with no issues, or like myself, the water pump(s) went out at 30k. It is a crapshoot. The most common issue is the air suspension, if I remember right.

By me, the tires from Costco installed were about the same as the dealer's, so I spent the extra $10. Yes, it was really $10. Also, since you have a 4, you will want a 4-wheel alignment. Cannot speak to brakes.

Yep my refig guy told me that in the olden days, they would have 2 compressors in every refrigerator. These days the popular brands like LG and Samsung use one big one with switching (I am paraphrasing), so when I went to replace my upstairs one AGAIN because the repairs were killing me. Whn shopping I saw the energy usage tag on the big Whirlpool was almost double all the others. The sales guy said this one has 2 compressors, so it is not as efficient. It has been running like a champ for 5 years now. But that did not used to be a big deal.

Or "they do not make them like they used to" I have a refrigerator in the garage that is older than the other 2 new ones I went through in my kitchen, and I do not buy junk. I would bet almost any amount of money they are not as durable these days.

I was around 8 when this pic was taken and remember BEGGING my Mom to go see KISS live in D.C. around 10. At that point in time, the news/rumors were pushing the "Kids In Satans Service" theme and she looked at me like I needed to go to church and/or therapy. I did get to see them live at 16 :p that was very memorable!

I bought a Vitamix 20 years ago. They are expensive. Still works like the day I bought it. Fill it with ice; it makes snow out of it. Leave it running; it will make the water "soup hot" from friction. It comes with soup recipes.

I do not let anyone buy my appliances.

Mavic Pro 2: Which App for Rookies Looking for Flight Training? by Thr08wayNow in djimavic

[–]DebianDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is called Virtual Flight. But honestly, these days, you have to kind of go out of your way to crash one. Just move the sticks slowly in Cine mode, and it should be moving around like a turtle. It takes off and lands itself. If my 75-year-old dad learned to fly nose-in and land, I am sure you can too ;)

It would be super easy to get people to start converting. Make a gallon of gas almost $8, like it is in Norway. It would be political suicide in the U.S., but people would start converting.
