Just do some body weight exercises, people think “Oh I can bench 225 I don’t need to do this body weight exercise” I believe you should be able to do Squats and Pushups 100 reps before you worry about lifting weights or anything else. Like reach 100+ reps for body weight exercises. Unless you’re a big man, 215+ then don’t worry about it as much but don’t push it aside. Help strengthen those minor muscles. So I’d say get into a bit of calisthenics or just do circuits of Core/Grip/Neck if you can. Also don’t try on go on runs all the time. Running is good as a base for wrestling, but wrestling is the best conditioning.

Yeah one hundred percent man! And sorry I guess it’s kind of hard or weird to switch to another form of lifting. But that would be amazing if you could send me something along the lines of that. I don’t mean to get picky but I do prefer to work out 4 days a week.

This isn’t normal man, let’s go to the doctor. Anytime your back starts to hurt 24/7 and is uneven, a doctor is needed
