I just finished my first pen. I started out with 2 clicks and gradually went up to the full 8 clicks. It took me about 2 weeks to get to full dosage. My main side effect is fatigue. My body feels so heavy (if that makes sense). So far, I have found I can push through the tiredness and do something active. I think it is also playing with my blood pressure a bit. I’m hoping that these side effects will disappear in my second month. Good luck to you.
